Abstract
Autoři v randomizované prospektivní studii, ketrá proběhla v roce 2007 - 2008 u 56 pacientek s CA prsu srovnávají výsledky miniinvazivní axiloskopické exenterace axily s klasickou axilární disekcí, poukazují na možnosti i úskalí nové metody a možný benefit tohoto výkonu pro pacienta i chirurga. Authors in this randomosed prospective study, which occured in years 2007-2008 in 56 breast cancer female patients, compare the results of mimimally invasive axillary dissection to those of the clasical axillary dissection and point to the advantages and setbacks of this new method both for the patient and surgeon.
