Abstract
Text je zaměřen na problemtaiku mezigeneračních vztahů ve škole - mladých a starších učitelů. V textu jsou uvedeny dílčí výsledky výzkumu Učitelé v pozdní fázi kariéry realizovaného v rámci projektu GAČR.

The text is focused on the topic of intergenerational relationships in schools, between younger and aged teachers. The authors present partial outputs of the research project Teachers in the late stage of their career realized within the project GACR.
