Abstract
Article describes the experimental cooperation between the Faculty of Education, Masaryk University, Czech Republic (represented by Assoc. Prof. Marie Havelková, MD, Ph.D.) and the Institute of Molecular Biotechnology of the German Academy of Sciences, Jena, Germany (represented by Prof. Dr. Eberhard Unger, Ph.D.). Research field, aims and directions: - Cells cycles and cytoskeleton in yeasts - Proliferation of yeasts and cytoskeleton - Role of cytoskeleton in transport - Microtubules and actins - Microtubule proteins (tubule, MAP1, MAP2, - Molecule transport along microtubules, "road blocks" and their role in ageing
Abstract (in Czech)
Článek popisuje experimentální spolupráci mezi Pedagogickou fakultou Masarykovy university, Brno, Česká repunlika (zastoupenou doc. MUDr. Marií Havelkovou, CSc.) a Ústavem molekulární biotechnologie NAV, Jena, Německo (zastoupený prof. Dr. Eberhardem Ungerem, Ph.D.) Hlavní programové body spolupráce: buněčný cyklus a cytoskelet u kvasinek, proliferace kvasinek a cytoskelet, role cytoskeletu v transportu, mikrotubuly a aktin, mikrtotubulární proteiny (MAP5. MAP2), molekulární transport podél mikrotubulů.
