Abstract

Standardním postupem při posuzování predikční síly credit scoringového modelu je výpočet indexů jako jsou Giniho koeficient, KS, Lift nebo informační statistika. Přes velkou popularitu Giniho koeficientu při posuzování predikční síly scoringoých modelů je zřejmé, že tento index není schopen zachytit některé podstatné vlastnosti těchto modelů. V tomto příspěvku jsou navrženy altarnativní indexy predikční síly. Nejprve je to QLift, který indikuje kolikrát je daný model lepší než náhodný model na dané hladině zamítání. Dále jsou představeny a diskutovány zcela původní indexy jako Liftový poměr (LR), relativní lift (RLift) a integrální relativní lift (IRL).

Abstract (in English)

Standard procedure for assessing the predictive power of credit scoring model is to calculate indexes such as the Gini coefficient, KS, Lift, or Informational value. Despite the great popularity of Gini coefficient in assessing the predictive power of scoring models it is clear that this index is not able to capture some essential features of these models. Alternative indexes of predictive power are proposed in this paper. All of them are based on Lift function. First, it is QLift, which indicates how many times the model is better than the random model at given level of rejection. Furthermore, original concepts of indexes Lift ratio (LR), the relative lift (RLift) and integrated relative lift (IRL) are proposed and discussed.
