Abstract
The inquisitional registers reach far beyond the topic of heresy. They encompass various details about the common life, including sexuality and sexual morals. This case study reconsiders the norm-deviation model on the basis of inquisitional trials and suggests that the norm-deviation model distorts the field of medieval sexual morals.
Abstract (in Czech)
Inkviziční registry přesahují téma hereze. Zahrnují mnoho detailů o každodenním životě, včetně sexuality a sexuální morálky. Tato případová studie se věnuje novému zvážení modelu normy a odchylky na základě inkvizičních záznamů a argumentuje, že uvedený model zkresluje pole středověkých sexuálních morálek.
