Abstract

Das politische Versehen der mährischen Stände verband sich im Verlauf des untersuchten kritischen Jahres 1608 sowie während des ganzen Bruderzwistes mit einem juristischen und legislativen Vorgehen. Dies stand mit langjährigen Gewohnheiten der mährischen Ständegesellscheft in Einklang, die das Landrechtals grundlegendes Bindeglied auffasste, an dass sich alle Bewohner des Landes wenden können. Obwohl die Institutionen des Landrechts zu Beginn des 17. Jahrhunderts in Mähren aus mähreren Gründen eine gewisse Krise erlebten , kam es dank Karl dem Älteren von Zierotin zu einem prinzipiellen zu einem Versuch um Rehabilitierung.

Politický dohled nad moravskými stavy působil během kritického roku 1608 i v celém bratrský sporu v souvislosti s právními a legislativními opatřeními. Ty byly předurčeny právními zvyklostmi moravské stavovské společnosti. Přestože stavovské instituce na Moravě přožívaly na počátku 17. století určitou krizi, díky Karlu staršímu ze Žerotina došlo k pokusu o jejich rehabilitaci.

Abstract (in English)

The political oversight of the Moravian estates was combined during the critical year 1608, and studied throughout the fraternal strife, with a legal and legislative action. This was with long habits of Moravian Ständegesellscheft in line, who regarded the Landrechtals fundamental link on that can turn all the inhabitants of the country.
