Abstract

V originále

Many sports and physical activities require different levels of abilities and skills. Development of dynamic balance abilities plays a key role in most of them (Nykodym, 2005). Balancing on fitball is very interesting and useful exercise and is already used in sport training/practice. With the assistance the new 3-D biomechanical analysis, assessing balance with much more accuracy becomes possible. The purpose of this study was to acheive a better understanding of dynamic balance abilities using 3-D biomechnical analysis method, which offers a new diagnostic means for future effective sport preparation and training process. The coordination of activity within and across muscles has a significant influence on the expression. It is suggested that coaches should apply new and special means to understand performance and design corresponding exercises in training praxis, which could lead to achieving the highest possible performance.
