Publikace představuje zkušenosti s výzkumem v oblasti informálního zkušenostního učení prostřednictvím fikčních postav a jejich příběhů. Kvantitativní část práce přináší výsledky výzkumu, realizovaného mezi více než 2000 respondenty z Česko-Slovenské filmové databáze. Na základě získaných dat byl popsán vztah mezi vlastnostmi fikčních postav a vlastnostmi diváka, který se s nimi ztotožňuje. V případových studiích, zaměřených na diváky čtyř populárních televizních seriálů, byl analyzován průběh procesu identifikace s fikční postavou. Z těchto zjištění je zřejmé, že se proces zkušenostního učení bezprostředně váže na proces identifikace s postavou, jehož součástí je proces sebereflexe.

This publication presents experiences with a research in the field of informal experiential learning through fictional characters and their stories. The quantitative booksection brings research results based on a survey being realised among more than 2000 respondents from Czech-Slovak Film Database. Upon the research results were described the relations between characteristics of fictional characters and characteristics of the viewer. In the case studies, focused on viewers of four popular television series, was analyzed the process of identification with a fictional character. From these findings is obvious, that the process of experiential learning is connected with the process of identification with fictional character, including process of self-reflection.
