Abstract

V letech 2002-2007 bylo operováno 102 pacientů (65 mužů, průměrný věk 54 roků) pro problémy při degenerativním onemocnění disku, projevujícím se bolestí, neurologickým nálezem. 64% pacientů mělo degenerativní onemocnění disku a spinální stenózu. Pacienti byl vyšetřeni RTG, MRI, neurologicky, bolest a funkční stav byl hodnocen vizuální analogovou škálou (VAS) a Oswestry disability indexem (ODI). Celkem bylo ošetřeno 146 bederních segmentů, nejčastěji segment L4-5 u 80 pacientů, jedna etáž u 61, dvě etáže u 38, tři etáže u 3. Dynesys - dynamický transpedikulární neutralizační systém byl použit ve všech případech a měl dobrý efekt na kvalitu života. Při sledování 36 měsíců se průměrná hodnota VAS zlepšila z předoperačních 7,3 na 4,7 a ODI z 54,5 na 39,9.

Abstract (in English)

In the 2002-2007 period, 102 patients (65 men, average age 54 years) underwent surgery for problems due to degenerative disc disease manifested by pain, neurological findings. There were 64% of cases with disc degeneration and spinal stenosis. Patients were examined bý X-rays, MRI, neurological examination, pain and functional status by visual analog scale (VAS) and Oswestry disability index (ODI). A total 146 lumbar segments were treated, the L4-5 segment in 80 cases, one level in 61, two levels in 38, three levels in 3 cases. The Dynesys - dynamic transpedicular neutralization system was used in all cases and had a good effect on the quality of life. At 36 months of follow-up the average VAS improved from preoperative value 7,3 to 4,7 and ODI from 54,5 to 39,9.
