Abstract

Sowohl in den Fachdiskussionen, als auch in der Öffentlichkeit herrscht Übereinstimmung, dass unter dem Gesichtspunkt der Qualitätssicherung des unterrichtlichen Geschehens die Lehrer/-innen mit ihren fachlichen und persönlichen Qualifikationen eine entscheidende Rolle spielen. Im Beitrag wird in Bezug auf die Förderung der Professionalisierung der Fremdsprachenlehrer/- innen anhand der theoretischen Ausgangssituation sowie empirischer Befunde nach den Antworten auf die folgenden Fragen gesucht: Was kann die Aus- und Fortbildung dazu beitragen? Wie charakterisieren die Lehramtstudierenden einen guten und professionell ausgebildeten Fremdsprachenlehrer? Finden wir in der Praxis eine Lehrkraft, die dem Idealbild entspricht?

Abstract (in Czech)

Jak v odborných kruzích, tak v těch veřejných panuje shoda, že rozhodující roli hrají, z hlediska zajišťování kvality ve výukovém procesu, učitelé a jejich odborné a osobní kvalifikace. V příspěvku hledáme odpovědi na vícero otázek, s ohledem na podporu profesionalizce učitelů cizích jazyků, na základě teoretických východisek a empirického stavu výzkumu. Hlavní otázky jsou: Čím může přispět další vzdělávání? Jak popisují studenti PdF dobrého a profesionálně vzdělané učitele cizího jazyka? Najdeme v praxi učitele, který by odpovídal ideálnímu obrazu?

Abstract (in English)

Both experts and the public agree that as for establishing and maintaining quality in the teaching process, the teachers and their professional and personal qualifications are of crucial importance. The paper tries to give answers to numerous questions concerning the support of professionalization of FL teachers, based on theoretical sources as well as empirical research. The main issues are: What is the contribution of further training? How do the students of the Faculty of Education describe a good and well-trained FL teacher? Can an ideal teacher be found in teaching practice at all?
