Abstract

Příspěvek prezentuje teoretickou analýzu tématu "učení pro pracoviště". K vyjasnění konceptu učení pro pracoviště je třeba zodpovědět teoretické otázky, především tu nejzásadnější: Existuje teorie učení pro pracoviště? Nebo - s přihlédnutím k multiparadigmatickému charakteru sociálních věd a v jejich rámci i věd pedagogických - lépe řečeno s užitím plurálu: Existují teorie učení pro pracoviště? Jde o teorii pedagogickou/andragogickou? Pojmenování teorie nebo teorií učení pro pracoviště, zvláště pedagogické/andragogické je cílem příspěvku.

Abstract (in English)

The paper presents the reader with theoretical analysis on the topic of workplace learning. To clarify the concept of workplace learning consistently, theoretical questions of workplace learning need to be resolved, for example one fundamental question needs to be asked and answered: Is there an existing theory of workplace learning? Or - regarding the multi-paradigmatical nature of the social sciences and within these the educational sciences - even better said by using the plural: Are there theories of workplace learning? And does workplace learning have its pedagogical/andragogic theory? Naming the theory or theories of workplace learning, especially the pedagogic/andragogic is the aim of this paper.
