Abstract
Our contribution is focused on bacterial lectins from human opportunistic pathogens having sub-micromolar range affinity towards their carbohydrate ligands and targeting especially proteins from bacteria dangerous for cystic fibrosis patients, like Pseudomonas aeruginosa or Burkholderia cenocepacia.
Abstract (in Czech)
Prispevek je venovan bakterialnim lektinum z podminenych patogenu, ktere vykazuji submikromolarni afinyty vuci sacharidovym ligandum.
