Abstract

V článku jsou uvedeny hlavní příznivé účinky fyzické aktivity v léčbě obezity. Zásady a možnosti její realizace zahrnují výběr vhodného druhu, intenzity, frekvence a trvání pohybové aktivity . Je zdůrazněna nutnost spolupráce a motivace obézního pacienta, stejně jako ovlivnění zdravotní politiky v boji s obezitou.

Abstract (in English)

The important positive effects of physical activity in the treatment of obesity are present. The principles and means of realization include the choice of proper sort, intensity, frequency and duration of physical activity. The need of patients cooperation and motivation as well as the action of healthcare policy is emphasized in the fight against obesity.
