Abstract

Výškové stupně georeliéfu jsou příkladem konvenčního nazírání na povrch naší planety. Klasifikace území podle nadmořské výšky má výraznou vzdělávací a praktickou stránku Umožňuje znázornit a pochopit výškové parametry území a odhadnout s nimi související další parametry krajiny, podstatné pro řadu lidských aktivit a průběh krajinotvorných procesů.

Abstract (in English)

Elevation zones represent a conventional approach to the Earth surface understanding. Area elevation classification expresses very important educational and practical aspects. It makes humans able to represent and understand the elevation parameters of the territory and to estimate other related area features relevant for a wide range of economic activities and a course landscape forming processes.
