Abstract

Nabízíme vysvětlení obsahu pojmu mentoring a vybraných souvisejících pojmů, uvádíme cíle a význam zmíněného procesu a nabízíme také přehled některých forem mentorské podpory. Věnujeme pozornost požadavkům na mentora, jeho hlavním činnostem a přípravě. Zvažujeme podmínky a možnosti rozvoje mentoringu v českém školství.

Abstract (in English)

We offer the explanation of the concept of mentoring and selected related concepts, we present aims and sens of the mentioned process and we offer some of the forms of mentor support. We pay attention on the requirements related with the mentor work and personnality, his main activities and education. We discuss the conditions and possibilities of the development of mentoring in Czech schools.
