Abstract
The aim of the paper is to present preliminary results of a survey that elaborates on various aspects of value creation in reverse logistics (RL); more specifically it sheds light on management’s perception of RL and on different tools companies apply to measure the performance of their reverse logistic systems. The second aim is to compare the current results with similar survey conducted 5 years ago. All things considered, the preliminary results show that the position of RL in the Czech companies has improved.
