Abstract
The paper presents preliminary results of the empirical survey targeting some aspects of reverse flows management in the companies carrying business in the Czech Republic, particularly the capability to recognize these flows as the source of value. The results show that despite various barriers of managing reverse flows, Czech companies are able to articulate which categories or types of value they are able to create and/or gain from reverse flows. Nevertheless, this ability is different depending on the industry and management perception of reverse flows potential as well as on the approach of managers, especially top managers.
