Abstract
Autor uvádí výsledky chronobiologické metody hodnocení 7-denního monitorování krevního tlaku u pacientů bez hypertenze a s hypertenzí. Tato metoda nabízí zpřesnění diagnostiky a kontroly hypertenze.
Abstract (in English)
The results of the evaluation of 7-days ambulatory blood pressure monitoring in patients with hypertension and without hypertension are demonstrated . The new chronobiological method used in this evaluation argues for more exact diagnostic and control of hypertension.
