Abstract
Novel, reliable radiometric methods for extremely sensitive determination of enzyme activities of iodothyronine deiodinases of types 1, 2 and 3 in microsomal fractions of different rat and human tissues, as well as in homogenates of cultured mammalian cells were elaborated.

Byly vypracovány nové, spolehlivé radiometrické metody pro extrémně citlivá stanovení enzymových aktivit jodothyronin dejodas typu 1, 2 a 3 v mikrosomálních frakcích různých potkaních a lidských tkání, jakož i v homogenátech kultivovaných savčích buněk.
