Abstract
Differences between small molecule crystallography and crystallography of proteins were presented. The first part showed the crystallization process. Second part was inscribed to the instrumentation and the differences by used sources of X-ray, measurment dependence of time and also the enviroment used for the measured crystal. Finally, the last part was devoted to differences in used computational methods. The solution of phase problem for small molecules (Direct methods, Patterson's map) and for the proteins(Molecular replacement, Method of heavy atoms).

Rozdíly mezi krystalografií malých molekul a proteinů byly prezentovány. První část poukázala na krystalizační proces. Druhá část se věnovala rozdíly v přístrojovém zařízení, v zdroji záření, v závislosti na čase a také systémovému uspořádaní měřeného krystalu. Poslední část říka o rozdílech ve výpočtové části. Popisuje řešení fázového problému u malých molekul a u proteinů.
