Action research is an important method for science teachers' professional competences improvement. The study presents modification of action research in a web-environment using ICT (information and communication technologies) with international collaboration between science teachers and their students. Improvement of science giftedness of student is stressed, as well as motivation of students to science education and improvement of professional science teachers'competences.
