Abstract

Předmluva publikace, představující známé i méně známé italské vily a osudy jejích objednavatelů. V italském prostředí prošlo téma vily v průběhu 15. - 17. století proměnou nejen v sociální typologii, ale stejně tak v geografickém kontextu. S každou ze základních geografických oblastí (Toskánsko, Veneto, Řím) je přitom spojena poněkud odlišná vilová podoba a její dekorace, případně ikonologický vnitřní význam. V moderní době se kultura tradiční villegiatury stala pozvolna minulostí, ale dodnes nás stále láká jako určitý ideál, v němž je spojován humanistický a současně tak trochu mondénní životní způsob, ale též využívání městských a současně venkovských zvyklostí.

Abstract (in English)

Preface of publication, which deals with Italian villas and their customers lives. The Italian villa theme passed during the 15th - 17 century transformation not only in social typology, but equally in a geographic context. With each of the main geographical regions (Tuscany, Veneto, Rome) is related somewhat different form of the villa and its decoration or iconological intristing meaning. In modern times, traditional villeggiatura-culture was gradually declined, but until today we still achieve a certain ideal, in which humanist and fashionable lifestyle, but also the use of urban and rural practice at the same time are associated.
