Abstract

In our research group we combine structural and functional approaches to precisely describe lectins from Aspergillus fumigatus. Together with bioinformatics and molecular modeling we build up a complex picture of these biologicaly and medicaly important macromolecules.

V naší skupině kombinujeme strukturní a funkční přístupy, abychom dokonale popsali lektiny z Aspergillus fumigatus. Spolu s bioinformatikou a molekulovým modelováním tak vytváříme komplexní obraz těchto biologicky i klinicky významných makromolekul.
