The work contains the results of long-term research on the issues of European political society. In the time of globalization, the powe centers are shifting from national states to transnational groups and the space for the participation of citizens is reduced. Multi-level government control the society; European parties are looking for their role in the process of formation of European civic society, the position of media is changing as well as identity. The revolts against the society that appeared on 1960s appear now in new form, however, their principle has not changed,the peuple should have back their spiritual dimension, worthiness and freedom.
