Abstract
We found that the lignans R-(+)-deoxyschizandrin and R,S-gamma-schizandrin restored the cytotoxic action of the MRP1 substrate doxorubicin to COR-L23/R cells at relatively non-toxic concentrations of the lignans. Deoxyschizandrin and gamma-schizandrin also showed the greatest propensity to enhance the accumulation of doxorubicin in drug resistant cells.
Abstract (in Czech)
Zjistili jsme, že lignany R-(+)-deoxyschizandrin and R,S-gama-schizandrin obnovují cytotoxický účinek MRP1 substrátu doxorubicinu na buňky COR-L23/R v relativně netoxických koncentracích.
