Abstract |

The Al-Ni-Zn system is one of the prospective candidates in the field of lead-free soldering. Lack of experimental information for this ternary system may be attributed to difficulties with alloy preparation (due to very different melting temperatures of Ni vs. Al and Zn, and a high vapour pressure of zinc). Microstructure study and differential scanning calorimetry as well as thermodynamic modeling and phase diagram calculations based on CALPHAD method were performed. |

Soustava Al-Ni-Zn je jedním z perspektivních kandidátů v oblasti bezolovnatého pájení. Nedostatek experimentálních informací pro tuto ternární soustavu může být dán problémy s přípravou slitin (následkem velmi rozdílné teploty tání Ni vs. Al a Zn a vysoké tenze par zinku). Byly provedeny mikrostrukturní studia, diferenční skenovací kalorimetrie a také termodynamické modelování a výpočty fázových diagramů prostřednictvím metody CALPHAD. |
