Cílem výzkumného šetření bylo zjistit, zda se účastníci šikany (agresoři, oběti a pomocníci obětí) liší od žáků do šikany nezahrnutých. Byla analyzována data od 228 žáků 2. stupně základních škol a středních škol ve věku 13-18 let. Pro zjištění osobnostních charakteristik byl použit dotazník HSPQ, pro zjištění sociometrických charakteristik dotazník SO-RA-D, pro určení specifické role v procesu šikanování byla použita vlastní modifikovaná technika vrstevnických nominací. Výsledky poukazují na odlišnost účastníků šikany od žáků, kteří se šikany neúčastní, v osobnostních a sociometrických charakteristikách.

The aim of the research survey was to determine whether participants of bullying (bullies, victims, and helpers of victims) differ from pupils who are not involved with bullying. The data of 228 pupils attending 2nd degree of basic schools and secondary schools at the age of 13-18 years was analyzed. HSPQ Questionnaire was used for determination of personality characteristics, and SO-RA-D Questionnaire for determination of sociometric characteristics; in order to determine a specific role in the process of bullying, an original technique of peer nominations was used. The results point to the difference of participants of bullying from pupils that do not participate in bullying, which is in personality and sociometric characteristics.
