Abstract

Tématem příspěvku je mezigenerační učení v rodinách. Naše výzkumná otázka zní: Co se dospělé děti, rodiče a prarodiče od sebe navzájem učí a jak toto učení vnímají? K získání odpovědí na tuto a další dílčí otázky jsme zorganizovaly dotazníkové šetření mezi účastníky kurzů neformálního vzdělávání, jichž se účastní dospělí z různých generací. Dotazování bylo zaměřeno na zjištění charakteristik účastníků a jejich rodin, na jejich hodnocení komunikace v rodině, sdílení volného času, atmosféry v rodině, vztahy a směr a vzájemnost učení. Odpovědi tří generací respondentů jsou srovnávány a interpretovány na pozadí charakteristik a postojů respondentů a jejich rodin. Jestliže se členové rodiny mezi sebou učí, přitom netrvají na dominanci jedněch nad druhými, předávají si svoje vědomosti a zkušenosti, a to oběma směry, potom se obohacují navzájem a posilují soudržnost rodiny jako takové.

Abstract (in English)

The paper focuses on intergenerational learning in the family. The research question is: What do children, parents and grandparents learn from one another and how they see it? To find answers to this research question, we have organized a questionnaire survey among participants of courses of non-formal learning attended by adults of different generations. The questions focused on basic characteristics of respondents and their families, on their evaluation of communication in the family, leisure time sharing, family atmosphere, relations and directionality and reciprocity of learning. Answers by three groups of respondents (children, parents and grandparents) were compared and interpreted on the basis of characteristics and attitudes of the respondents and their families. If family members learn from one another while not insisting on relations of dominance, if they pass their knowledge and experience in both directions, they enrich one another and strengthen the cohesion of the family as such.
