Abstract
Results demonstrated large variability in SBP and DBP day- and night-time mean values and suggested that BP monitoring for several days is preferable for diagnosis and treatment of hypertension.
Abstract (in Czech)
Výsledky ukázaly velkou proměnlivost průměrných denních a nočních hodnot systolického a diastolického TK a naznačily, že sledování krevního tlaku po dobu několika dnů je vhodnější pro diagnostiku a léčbu hypertenze.
