Abstract

Publikace zahrnuje výběr témat z předškolní pedagogiky, který je strukturován od pojednání o proměnách institucionálního vzdělávání dětí předškolního věku přes otázky vzdělávacího procesu (plánování, cíle, obsah a podmínky) až po kompetence učitelky/učitele v mateřské škole. Poslání vzdělávání je objasňováno v globálním kontextu, z pohledu a strategií globální výchovy, která ve svých filozofických a obecně pedagogických východiscích integruje řadu charakteristik klasických, tradičních i alternativních pedagogických přístupů. Zvláštní pozornost je věnována spolupráci školy a rodiny a hře jako základní činnosti dítěte. S ohledem na výrazný vliv hodnocení a sebehodnocení učitelů je zařazeno pojednání i o této stránce pedagogické práce. Studijní texty jsou určeny především studentům učitelství pro mateřské školy, ale také učitelům v praxi.

Abstract (in English)

The publication includes a selection of topics from pre-school education, which is structured from the changes in institutional education of pre-school children via the educational process (i.e. planning, aims, content, and conditions) to the competences of a teacher in kindergarten. The mission of the education is illuminated in the global context, from the point of view and strategies of global education, which in philosophical and generally educational standpoints integrates characteristics of classical, traditional as well as alternative educational principles. Special attention is paid to the cooperation of school and family and play as the basic activity of children. With regards to the significant influence of evaluation and self-evaluation of teachers, it includes also a text on this phenomenon of pedagogical work. Study texts are aimed especially at the students of Teacher Training Colleges and Faculties of Education, kindergartens, as well as at in-service teachers.
