Abstract
The chapter discusses law as social information system and offers information methods in order to improve its social functions. Using the grounds of cybernetics and mathematics, it also argues the existence of basic values of law and inevitability of the use of intuitive methods.

Kapitola diskutuje pojetí práva jako společenského informačního systému a nabízí použití informačních metod ke zkvalitnění jeho společenských funkcí. Za použití základů kybernetiky a matematiky rovněž argumentuje existenci základních hodnot v právu a nutnost použití intuitivních metod.
