Abstract
Článek se zabývá pojednáním o stávce v českém pracovním právu, a to jak v její legální, tak právem neaprobované podobě.
Abstract (in English)
The aim of this contribution is to describe and to discuss the legal institute of strike in the Czech labour law. In the first part I focused on sources of strike in the Czech legal order and in the international law. Main focus is paid to the regulation of the right to strike as the last resort in the collective bargaining in the Collective Bargaining Act (2/1991 Coll.) and Art. 27 of Bill of Fundamental Rights and Freedoms (2/1993 Coll.) declaring the constitutional right to strike. Second part deals with the problem of illegal strike, especially with the problem of determination of conditions distinguishing legal and illegal strike.
