Abstract
Z hlediska prevence recidivy parafilního chování se zdá být monoterapie SSRI vhodná pro neagresivní pacienty bez přítomnosti nutkavé komponenty. U pacientů s agresivní a nutkavou komponentou je vhodná kombinace SSRI s antiandrogenními preparáty.
Abstract (in English)
The results of SSRIs could be favourable for group of nonagressive patiens without compulsive behavior. Combination SSRIs and antiandrogens could be advisable for agressive and compulsive paraphilias.
