Autoři pojednávají o pojmu Age management v kontextu stárnoucí pracovní síly, o jeho cílech na úrovni společenské-politické, organizační i individuální. Věnují pozornost pojmu pracovní schopnost a sebeposuzovacímu dotazníku Work Ability Index. Představují projekt Strategie Age managementu v České republice.

The authors discuss the concept of Age Management in the context of aging workforce, its aims at the social, organizational and individual level. They pay attention to the concept of work ability and present the self-assessment questionnaire Work Ability Index and the aims of the project Strategy of Age Management in the Czech Republic.
