The N-terminal domain of delta subunit was conquested to high-throughput screening. Iodine compound was used as a co-crystalline substance to have a possibility to provide a Single Anomalous Dispersion (SAD) experiments. Diffraction data were collected at BESSY II Berlin, beamline MX-14.2. The alpha-helical part of the protein is in a good agreement with the NMR structure. In the region of beta-sheets for the NMR structure the X-ray structure showed completely different behaviour (folding).

N-terminalni domena delta podjednotky byla podrobena siroke krystalizaci na urcei vhodnych krystalizacnich podminek. Jodova sloucenina byla pouzita jako ko-krystalizacni latka kvuli uskutocneni SAD experimentu (anomalni rozptyl). Difrakcni data byli zozbirany na BESSY II v Berlinu na stanovisti MX-14.2. Alfa-helikalni cast proteinu je v souladu s NMR strukturou tohto proteinu. Avsak v oblasti beta-listu ktere byli urceny NMR ukazala roetgenova struktura uplne jine chovani v usporadani.
