Abstract
This paper focuses on Czech older workers and their attitudes to work. It concentrates on their view of the world of employment, on their job satisfaction, the importance of work in their lives and specific aspects of work they value. To answer questions connected with these issues, the paper draws on data from the longitudinal European Values Study (EVS) spanning 1991, 1999 and 2008.
