Abstract

V naší studii jsme se pokusili verifikovat efektivitu konceptu prof. Jandy při léčbě pacientů s chronickou bolestí v kříži v rámci třítýdenního intenzivního léčebně rehabilitačního programu zaměřeného na zlepšení stability páteře. Hodnotili jsme subjektivní vnímání bolesti a její dopad na nejrůznější apekty života pomocí dotazníku bolesti. Soubor tvořilo 250 pacientů, 91 můžů a 159 žen ve věku od 19 do 89 let při průměrném věku 59,34. Fyzioterapie zaměřená na úpravu periferních změn pohybového aparátu a následně aktivaci stabilizačních svalů trupu. hodnocení bolesti pomocí Brief Pain Inventory na začátku a na konci léčby. Statistitcké hodnocení cestou lineární regresní analýzy se stanovením statistické významnosti korelačních koeficientů. Ve všech hodnocených parametrech bolesti došlo ke zlepšení, efektivita léčby nebyla ovlivněna věkem, výchozím stupněm postižení ani pohlavím. koncept prof. Jandy se ukázal jako efektivní při léčbě chronických bolestí v kříži.

Abstract (in English)

The authors present an attempt to verify the efficiency of the Prof. Jandas concept in the therapy of patients with chronic back pains within the framework of a three week intensive rehabilitation program oriented to improved stability of the spine. The subjective perception of the pain was evaluated as well as its impact on various aspects of life by means of the "pain questionnaire". The group constisted of 210 patients, 91 men and 159 women at the age of 19 to 89 years and the mean age of 59,34 years. Physiotherapy concentration on the adjustment of peripheral changes in locomotor apparatus and subsequently zhe activation of stabilization muscles of the trunk. The evaluation was made by linear regression with determination of statistical significance of correlation coefficient. The improvement was reached in all parameters evaluated, and the efficiency of therapy was not influenced by age, original degreeof affection or sex. The concept of Prof. Janda proved to be effective in the tratment of chronic back pains.
