Abstract
The chapter describes the development of methods for the analysis of Paracoccus denitrificans proteome with major focus on web-accessible 2-D PAGE dataset of P.denitrificans proteome. The most important findings revealed by P.denitrificans proteomics research are also discussed from biological point of view.

Kapitola v knize popisuje webově dostupnou proteomovou databázi Paracoccus denitrificans, metodiky používané při proteomických analýzách P.denitrificans a poskytuje přehled biologicky nejzajímavějších výsledků získaných při studiu bakterie P.denitrificans s jejím použitím.
