In English
In the thesis the authors dealt with the problems of the application of stretching before speed performance. An acute application of static and dynamic stretching on the performance in the sprint on 20 meters flying was compared with 23 to 26 year-old women (n=9) and men (n=9). In the test on the 5% level of importance the great difference in the performance (p<0,05) was determined after the application of static and dynamic stretching.
