Abstract

Příspěvek se zabývá financováním odvětví cestovního ruchu a koncepčním rozvojem cestovního ruchu v turistických regionech České republiky. Zaměřen je zejména na návrh věcného záměru zákona o podpoře a řízení cestovního ruchu, který zavádí tzv. oblastní organizace cestovního ruchu, které mají tvořit síť organizačních jednotek na nejnižší organizační úrovni. Cílem příspěvku je identifikovat možné legislativní a další bariéry, které s sebou návrh věcného záměru přináší.

Abstract (in English)

The paper deals with the financing of the tourism sector and conceptual development of tourism in the tourist regions of the Czech Republic. The paper is focused in particular on the draft law on the promotion and management of tourism, which introduces the so-called regional tourism organization, which should form a network of organizational units at the lowest organizational level. The aim of the paper is to outline possible legislative and other barriers that the draft law brings.
