Abstract
Here we provide insights into the mechanism for hypocotyl gravitropic growth. Our data suggest that gravity-induced PIN3 polarization diverts the auxin flow to mediate the asymmetric distribution of auxin for gravitropic shoot bending.

V této práci prezentujeme mechanizmus gravitropního růstu prýtu. Naše data ukazují, že polarizace PIN3 v odpovědi na tíži přesměruje auxinový tok na spodní stranu hypokotylu, kde auxin reguluje gravitropní ohyb hypokotylu.
