Here we show that the Arabidopsis thaliana dynamin-related proteins (DRPs) required for clathrin-mediated endocytosis closely associate with PIN proteins at the cell plate. We propose that a specific internalization of PIN proteins by the DRP1 proteins from the cell plate during cytokinesis is an important mechanism for proper polar PIN positioning in interphase cells.

V této práci ukazujeme interakci na buněčné platničce z Arabidopsis thaliana mezi PIN proteiny a DRP dynaminovými proteiny, které regulují endocytózu závislou na clathrinu, Navrhujeme, že specifická internalizace PIN proteinů pomocí DRP1 proteinů z buněčné platničky v průběhu buněčného dělení je důležitým mechanizmem pro etablování PIN buněčné polarity v nedělících se buňkách.
