Abstract

Nové antidepresivum agomlatin mělo kladný vliv na sexuální funkce u 20 pacientů léčených pro depresivní poruchu. Sexuální funkce byly sledovány dotazníkem CSFQ (Changes in Sexual Functions Questionnaire). Po 6 týdnech léčby bylo zjitěno statisticky signifikantní zlepšení sexuálních funkcí.

Abstract (in English)

Agomelatin, a novel antidepresants, has favorable effects on sexual function. 20 patients with depressive disorder were treated with agomelatin and sexual functions were monitored according to Changes in Sexual Functions Questionnaire. After 6 weeks of treatment statistical signicantly improvement of sexual funns were observed.
