Abstract
According to our experience, RFA of pancreatic tumors can be a safe cytoreductive method. Ultrasound guidance can decrease the incidence of periprocedural complications although most of them can be recognized by contrast enhanced CT. CECT studies with oral admision of positive contrast are mandatory in expected perforation of duodenum.
