Konference zahrnovala 13 sekcí - „Bermudský trojúhelník“ obchodního práva I.; Civil Law on the Cross-roads; Deklarace, Charty, Listiny a Lidskoprávní úmluvy a jejich význam pro proměny rodinného práva; Finance veřejného sektoru (právní a ekonomické aspekty jeho fungování); Interpretation and Application of International and European Union Law by National Courts; Is the Normative Theory of Law Still Alive?; Korupce: trestněprávní, kriminologické a kriminalistické aspekty; Ovlivňování sféry soukromého práva právem veřejným v minulosti; Personální aspekty územní samosprávy; Právní aspekty dohledových systémů; Právo na spravedlivý proces; Úmluva OSN o smlouvách o mezinárodní koupi zboží – důvody jejího odmítání praxí; Zvíře (živočich) jako předmět právních vztahů.
