The major purpose of the article is to contribute to the typology of parties embodying electoral options with different territorial pervasiveness and to the characterization of electoral levels in the three-layered settings of the Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, and Slovakia. Building on the conceptual framework elaborated by Kris Deschouwer, the author foreground a perspective on electoral space(s) in multi-level settings that places the greatest importance on evaluating and comparing the horizontal properties of the individual electoral levels.

Tato stať představuje příspěvek k typologii stran ztělesňujících volební opce s různým územním rozprostřením a současně příspěvek k charakteristice volebních úrovní ve tříúrovňových uspořádáních České republiky, Maďarska, Polska a Slovenska. Autor, využívající pojmový aparát vytvořený Krisem Deschouwerem, usiluje o představení a obhájení badatelské perspektivy zdůrazňující především horizontálně pojímané vlastnosti jednotlivých volebních úrovní.
