| Konference je ustavujícím fórem akademických pracovníků zabývajících se problematikou celního práva a odborníků z praxe. V době připravovaných reforem celní správy se tématicky zaměřuje na celní správu jako systém orgánů v rámci České i Slovenské republiky de lege lata a de lege ferenda a na okruh činností zajišťovaných orgány celní správy, včetně pohledu de lege aplicata. |

| The conference represents the inaugural forum of both academic staff dealing with customs and law practitioners. During the time of planned reforms in customs administration, the conference focuses on the customs administration as a system of organs within the Czech and Slovak Republics de lege lata and de lege ferenda and range of activities provided by the customs authorities, including the perspective of de lege aplicata. |
