Findings of the study suggest that particularly repeated pre-treatment with CB1 agonist methanandamide can elicit increase in the mRNA expression level at least in the mouse mesencephalon neurons associated with cross-sensitization to methamphetamine stimulatory effects.

Výsledky studie uklázaly, že zvláště opakovaná premedikace agonostou CB1 recptroů metanandamidem zvýšuje expresi mRNA tohot receptoru v mesencefalon myší což, je spojeno s kros-senzitizací k stimulačním účinkům metamfetaminu.
