Abstract

Odborný workshop umožnil asistentům pedagoga a dalším zainteresovaným odborníkům i laikům společné setkání, jehož cílem bylo pojmenovat současnou nelehkou situaci této profese, pokusit se o analýzu jejich problémů a navrhnout možná řešení této situace. Setkání proběhlo formou mimořádných diskusí za účasti odborníků, jako diskusní metoda bylo vybráno Divadlo fórum. Odborný seminář měl sjednotit profesní zájmy asistentů pedagoga a umožnit jim intenzivnější zakotvení v prostředí školy. Byly vytvořeny webové stránky, které nabízejí společnou diskusi formou fóra, dále pak studijní materiály a další příležitosti ke vzdělávání. Setkání asistentů bylo zaznamenáno a výsledky byly analyzovány a zpracovány prostřednictvím kvalitativní výzkumné strategie.

Abstract (in English)

The aim of the workshop was to meet and discuss the current situation of the profession, furthermore to analyze problems and suggest appropriate solutions to them. The form of Forum Theatre was chosen for this meeting with the support of specialists. The aim of the seminar was to unite professional interests of teaching assistants and to enable them to strengthen their positions at schools. The website was created to provide study materials and to share ideas in the forum. The meeting of teaching assistants was recorded and it will be analyzed by the means of qualitative research strategy.
