Abstract

Tematická monografie „Celní správa v organizačním a funkčním pojetí. Vybrané kapitoly“ je společným počinem autorského kolektivu akademických pracovníků zabývajících se problematikou celního práva a odborníků z praxe. Kniha vychází v době připravovaných reforem celní správy. Zabývá se pohledem na celní správu nejprve z hlediska historického, aby se dále soustředila na systém orgánů celní správy v rámci České i Slovenské republiky de lege lata a de lege ferenda. Co do rozsahu nejvýznamnější část knihy se pak věnuje vybraným segmentům činností zajišťovaných orgány celní správy.

Abstract (in English)

Thematic monograph “The Customs Administration within the Organizational and Functional Point of View. Selected Topics” is a joint project of the team of authors both from academic members and customs practitioners. This book has been written during the time of reforms within the field of customs administration. Firstly, it deals with historical aspects. Secondly, the book focuses on the system of customs administration bodies in both the Czech and Slovak Republics de lege lata and de lege ferenda. Thirdly, the largest part of the book is devoted to selected activities, which undertaken by the customs authorities.
